The Youth Homeless Demonstration Project (YHDP) aims to address homelessness in youth and young adults in Missoula, Ravalli and Mineral Counties by providing housing assistance to eligible youth and young adults, ages 18 - 24.

Program participants along with Housing Advocates will work together to gain access to resources including housing assistance, utitlity assistance, workforce development, healthcare navigation, legal service, mental health/social supports, and will work to lessen the effects of homelessness by identifying areas of personal growth and developing individualized independent living goals.

By focusing on resource access and relationship building, youth will be on their way to developing the skills to confidently engage in their community.
